Diuretic foods

From now on I am going to try to eat foods that has natural diuretic. I love watermelon and cucumber and that's the good thing. I don't like asparagus though. I love cooking soup with ginger on it. I love tomatoes, cabbage, carrots and oats. They are diuretics. If you want to lose weight, you need to eat right amount of fruits and veggies that are natural diuretics but it is best if you do the right diet, and do your exercise.

Diuretics are commonly used to treat hypertension and heart problems that is related to high blood pressure.

We all need natural diuretic foods to flush out the toxins out of the body.
