Superman is the only superhero I care about

Others fell in love with the Flash and others fell for the Hulk. But the only superhero that needs no introduction is Superman.

If you mention Superman to a random individual, almost all of them know exactly who you mean from the get go. The ability to "leap tall buildings with a single bound" is almost trivial compared to Superman's ability to capture the hearts and minds of countless people from different societies. No matter how young or old a person is, they can fall instantly in love with Superman.

How many characters can boast the ability to be nearly invulnerable, yet still have issues that everyone from all walks in life can relate to? While I love to dream about having his ability to fly, I believe that Superman's uncanny ability to make countless people love and admire him is perhaps his true super power.

Every time I turn on direct tv nyc, I instantly begin searching to find a Superman cartoon. Thanks to his extreme popularity, he's featured in countless different superhero shows.

My friends have tried to tell me that Superman isn't the greatest of the superheroes, because he has too many powers. But no one will ever convince me that a character who has nearly god-like invulnerability, yet remains so caring and protective, isn't truly the perfect example of what a superhero should be.

Errands

I have so many errands to do today. I am not gonna mention it but I am going to be busy all day today. Sometimes I have a manana habit and I am going to try not be like that anymore.

So, it's better do what you needed to do today and don't wait for tomorrow cause tomorrow maybe too late.

Nascar Sprint Cup Race

Nascar is one of my favorite sports to watch on TV. I have been watching the Nascar Sprint Cup Race for the Chase on my satellite television at home. My friends come over most of the time and we have fun watching the game together now that I ordered satellite tv through http://www.directstartv.com/localchannels/Michigan/. Each person has their own favorite driver they are rooting for. My favorite driver has been Kyle Busch for a long time now. I love watching him race, it just amazes me how well he can do. There are only a few games left in this racing series, and Kyle is currently third in points. He will be in the final race, but he still has to do good on the next few races. The competition is going to be getting good, because they are all trying to do the best they can to be able to place in the top ten. I am excited to see who will be the drivers in the final race. It is going to be a close race with a lot of excitement. I am looking forward to seeing Kyle Busch win the final race. I know he can win. He is one of the best Nascar drivers. My friends will be watching the race with me, it is going to be one of the best races ever.

Video Call

I talked to my Mama and my sister Peremil and Etot. It was so nice to see them on the web cam. We talked each other for an hour or so. Joel and the kids talked to them as well. And it's good to know that they are doing well. I miss them and can't wait to go back home!

Our Family Can't Wait for No Ordinary Family

Today, it seems like there isn't much on that we can watch as a family. This Fall, a new show is coming out that I am hoping we will all be able to hang out and watch together in front of the satellite tv through TVByDirect.com. No Ordinary Family is about a family that goes on a vacation together and comes back with some kind of super powers. One is strong, one is fast, one can read minds and the other one is really smart. It makes me think of the animated movie The Incredibles.

We are all going to check out the first episode together and I can't wait. There are so many things that we can't let the kids watch and I am hoping that this is something that I will be appropriate. I am sure that it will have its share of language and even some violence, but there are just some other things that I don't want the kids to see. Also, it seems like a show that might have some type of message about value and integrity.

From what I have read, the characters sound interesting and I don't think it is going to be predictable as some people have said. When it comes to families, you just never know what will happen.

Three months ago I quite my job and started working from home. I was so scared to be taking on this new adventure, but very excited at the same time. I knew that in order for it to feel very real to me, I needed to make a professional, organized space in my home for me to operate my business out of. I decided to turn one of the spare bedrooms into a home office. I had absolutely no idea about what I wanted in the room, other than the fact that organization was going to be very important. Another birthday...

Two of my sister was born on the month of September. I can't believe that my sisters are grown so big. When I left at my house they were just too little and now they are getting so big. Some of them got married already and have kids on their own. I miss them though. We put peremil on school and she is going to graduate next year thank goodness I am just hoping that she can find a good job so she can help the family. I wish her the best and to have a good life.

The Best Wedding Show

There are so many shows about weddings, being a single girl, there are nights I just want to turn of my Direct TV Iowa all together because I do not want to hear about it anymore. Then they came out with the show Bridezillas. This show made me never was to be a bride, if this is the crazy woman I will turn into. I always thought your wedding was supposed to be a time to enjoy and celebrate your love and union. Apparently, for these women at least, it is more about causing scenes, hurting the feelings and bruising the egos of their loved ones and throwing giant temper tantrums. I understand, planning a wedding is probably very stressful, especially when those who are supposed to help you are not cooperating but, maybe you should have thought about that before you chose the biggest flakes and slackers you know to be a part of your wedding party. Maybe you should have sent out your invitations a few months in advance if you wanted people to show up. Maybe you should have paid your DJ if you wanted him to show up on time and play the music you like. This show is so entertaining but, I think most of the drama that happens on this show is only the fault of these scatter brained brides.

I was doing online shopping this afternoon. I bought my daughter a birthday presents for her birthday. She is going to be 4 years old next month. When I was at my favorite store online I also browsed for women's apparel and bought couple of blouses. I can't wait for my clothes to be here and I am excited. My sister's birthday

Today is my sister Lucielle's birthday September 15. When I was at home we always fight. We love each other even though we fight a lot lol. I miss her so much. She is really pretty. She have one baby and he is really cute. I don't remember how old is she now lol but I think she will be like 19 or 20 years old not sure. I have so many sisters that's why I don't remember how old they are now I need to get my family birthday list later and see lol.

Reffing from the stands

I'm so used to my husband taunting the refs from the stands that I just completely block it out when we go to football games. We both went to college together - that's where we actually met - so we're both pretty passionate about our alma mater's football program. We have season tickets and live and breath with the team.

Sometimes I worry about the people around us getting upset or bothered by him acting like that but truth be told a lot of them actually act that way too. At the last game we went to there were a lot of calls against our team and we ended up losing in the end, which my husband blamed on all of those calls. It was after one of these calls that I wasn't understanding what they sai the call was for and I asked my husband and I think he was annoyed because he had to explain it to me instead of expressing his anger through yelling.

When we got home that night I looked up Hearing Aids costs and decided to buy some. It's too bad that I can't drown out my husband while hearing what's going on in the game.

Stuffs to give away

I am going to give baby stuffs to my friend. I have stroller, carseat and baby's clothes and I want to give to my friend that is pregnant right now. She is going to deliver her baby on January next year. Hubby was going to donate it but I told him no because I will just give it to someone I know. So, I told my friend yesterday and she is very excited. I met her once only but I just want to give to her because she needs it and she is so thankful.

Halloween Customes

The other day I was searching for sexy costumes online for Halloween. I was also looking for my kids Halloween customes. My daughter is going to be one on October 30 and I am planning to have a birthday party with Halloween customes. That's going to be fun if we do that. I am sure Jolaine would love it too Halloween customes are fun to wear.

Lazy Day..

I felt so lazy today and I didn't even do anything. I am so lonely and I don't know why. I am so glad I have two girls. Jodel is so sweet. When she see me lonely she will just hug me and pat me on my back and said it's okay Mommy. Girls are sweet. My son never do anything like that.

The house is a mess! Tomorrow is cleaning day so I am going to be busy tomorrow. I am addict to computer so much so tomorrow I am going have a break from computer lol..

Switch to Direct TV

Hubby just talked to one of AT&T employer this evening asking him questions about why they billed us so high even though we dropped the Filipino Channels 3 months ago. We still paying the same price since we dropped the Filipino Package. Hubby and I planning to switch to other company and we are thinking about Direct TV. There is direct TV so close to our house and we are thinking about switching to them so we can save some money. They just billed us so high last couple of months. I thought the price will decrease but it didn't. Hubby and I are tired of them.

Anyway, I am here online at localtv-satellite.com checking what they offer and it looks like they have a great deals. I really want to switch to them because they are much cheaper.

We dropped the Filipino Package because I am just so busy here with kids lol. I don't have time to watch Filipino Channel and the TV runs all day everyday with kids show. That's what happened when you have three kids.

Dreams

I don't know why but I often dream about my family back home. I just missed them so much that's why I always dream about them lol. God's will hope I can go back home next year.

I took a nap this afternoon and was dreaming about hubby. It has been a long time since I dreamed about my husband and it's kind of sweet to dream about your partner in life.

Browsing for Music

I miss the good old days when it was hard to get any listening time in at the record listening stations at music stores. Now it's not that hard to get a turn at the headphones. But a couple of local independent record stores still keep new CDs on rotation at listening stations that I love to listen to while I'm browsing for music.

I'm friends with one of the record shop owners just from coming in so often over the years. I also work at a local music venue that helps set up a lot of in-store artists sets of bands that come to play at the venue. I went in a few weeks ago the day that the new Arcade Fire CD came out to buy it and we ended up having a long talk there. He had some extra help that day - and he definitely needed it because a lot of people came in to buy that CD - so we talked about the usual stuff, music, our families and what not.

I also told him that I was considering booking an appointment at the local miracle ear because I noticed that I was having a hard time hearing like I used to. He told me that he had done the same a thing a while back and he thought that it was probably from listening to loud music on headphones and going to a bunch of concerts over the years.

I have to say that I definitely think we're in the same boat on that situation, but I'm not going to let that keep me from enjoying my music.

Missing you...

Always good to have good friends. We had fun last night with friends we do singing, dancing and eating lol. I love it when friends visit me at our house so I don't have to go somewhere. My friends might visit me again sometimes next week.

My friend Daisy is 5 months preggy and can't wait to see her baby. She have 4months to go. She is getting big. We missed my friend Tessa she is almost 3 months preggy and she is having a hard time on her pregnancy. Hope she will be okay so we could hang out together again..
