Grandma's gone :(

My grandmother passed away a week ago and it hurts! I will never see her again huhu I love her so much. I always visit my grandma when I was in Philippines. She was a joker and she always made me laugh. I was really hoping to see her again in person but I guess not anymore. I knew that there's something bad gonna happen to her since she admitted to the hospital. I was planning to go home this year but I cancelled because of the baby so, anyway It's hard to accept that she is gone but I know she is now in the hands of the Lord. She may rest in peace. She is gonna be in my heart forever..
